Violence or Abuse against Practice Staff

Violence against or abuse of practice staff is totally unacceptable.  Patients who are verbally abusive will receive a letter outlining the unacceptable nature of their behaviour and warned as to their future conduct.  If this continues then they will be removed from the practice list.  Any form of physical violence or intimidation will not be tolerated.  Such behaviour will result in instant removal from the list.

Karen is the Health Visitor Manager for the area.  The practice is pleased to receive health visiting support to advise and help families.
