Violence or Abuse against Practice Staff

Violence against or abuse of practice staff is totally unacceptable.  Patients who are verbally abusive will receive a letter outlining the unacceptable nature of their behaviour and warned as to their future conduct.  If this continues then they will be removed from the practice list.  Any form of physical violence or intimidation will not be tolerated.  Such behaviour will result in instant removal from the list.

Dr Bracey qualified in 1987 from 'The School of Pharmacy' London University and in 2002 from Manchester University Medical School. After completing his specialist GP training in Manchester, he moved to Devon with his young family. Forging his role as a GP with his previous occupation as a Pharmacist and medicines expert, Dr Bracey is able to work effectively with patients to optimise their clinical care and medicine management. Dr Bracey has many clinical interests including mental health, education and management of chronic disease. He enjoys working in a small surgery, believing that a good doctor/patient relationship is the cornerstone of effective general practice. Dr Bracey moved to Devon to be near the beach so that on those rare occasions when wind, tide, work and kids are all perfectly aligned, he can easily nip down to the beach and kitesurf. If the winds are lighter he enjoys sailing with his boys at the Exmouth Sailing Club.
