Telephone advice

In the first instant please use E-consult which can be found on the website homepage. This can be used to get direct advice from the GP. Once submitting the Doctor will get back to you within 48 hours. You may be asked to use E-consult first before requesting a telephone call back as this is the main system we will be using moving forward.

Telephone calls can be requested if deemed appropriate. Please note when the Doctor phones it will come up on an unknown line. Please be prepared to answer this as the Doctor may only have time to call you back once. The Doctors have limited telephone slots for the day and once these are full you may be put on for a call back the following working day.
