To help keep our phone lines open for urgent calls and for those patients who do not have access online, please use the Patient Triage service available on the home page of our website for GP Appointment requests. We will respond within 3 working days. Patients have found that this service works particularly well through the NHS app as well as via the website. *Please note all Incoming and Outgoing calls are recorded*

We offer appointments with a doctor, nurse, paramedic, health care assistant, pharmacist, physiotherapist or dietitian. Appointments are for 15 minutes. You will be advised by the reception staff should you require a double appointment.

As GP appointments can be limited you may be able to see the Practice Nurse or Paramedic for some minor illnesses. The Receptionist may ask you a few questions on the phone regarding the problem for your own interest and to direct you in the right place during booking.

Please note that if you cannot attend your appointment for any reason, it would be much appreciated if you could telephone the practice to inform us. We will always make use of the freed up appointment for other people.
