We ask that you treat our staff and other patients with respect, and to be truthful in your dealings with the surgery.  Abusive behaviour is not acceptable, and in line with NHS policy the surgery has zero tolerance on this.  If anyone does threaten our staff, we will arrange for them to be seen at an alternative premise.
