The Partners - Gillian Champion and Dr Carl Bracey of Foxhayes Practice are delighted to inform you that the surgery has been independently accessed by the Care Quality Commission ( CQC) and its rating was overall OUTSTANDING. This is the highest rating that GP Practices in England can achieve.
The Practice was rated GOOD for being safe, effective, and had good leadership, it was awarded OUTSTANDING for its caring approach and for being responsive to patient’s needs. More details can be found on the link to the CQC website below.
Both Partners are very proud of this achievement, and feel it is a tribute to the team, and recognises that all staff "go that extra mile for patients on a daily basis". They also would like to thank all patients who provide feedback to the CQC and to members of the Friends of Foxhayes.
