Foxhayes Surgery currently offer the facility for booking and cancelling appointments and also for ordering your repeat prescriptions on-line and access to your Summary Care Record which includes allergies and adverse reactions along with any medication you have been prescribed recently. This is done by the clinical system on-line facility.  In addition you can now request access to coded information.  If you do not already have a user name and password for this – please register for on-line access at the surgery by bringing in photo id.
